Our base models do not need to be consented. If you are upgrading to a model with a bathroom/kitchen your local council will advise if a consent is required. In some areas, it’s possible to utilise our un-braked trailer upgrade to prevent the need for a consent.

All ModPods can be built on site for an additional cost – if you are located in the BOP only. Micro, Classic & Mega delivered by our ModPod team – Monsters delivered by third party, please ask for a quote for delivery.  

Estimated lead time – 12-16 weeks for pre-planned ModPod. Custom builds can take longer – depending on what is required. You’re spot in our production line isn’t secured until you have accepted your quotation.

Yes, black tap ware is available as an option. There will be an additional cost for this.

No, this is a consideration that is made in the production stage.

Heat pumps can be retrofitted to your ModPod once they have been delivered. We don’t arrange/install at the time of production. This is arranged by you when you receive your ModPod.

Yes, we can upgrade your joinery to a bi-fold, stacker or sliding option. These are an additional cost and can only be installed on existing windows/doors as per your plan.

Not at the moment, but hopefully in the near future we will have options for Solar, water and waste to take your ModPod fully off the grid.
