ModPod Bathrooms
+ This ModPod addition includes everything you need in a bathroom from $15,990*
Includes a toilet, 750mm full vanity, shower, and the gas califont connection for hot water.
*Not available in the Micro ModPod size.
ModPod Decking
+ Your ModPod living doesn’t need to be limited to the indoors only.
Starting from just $1,990* we can add a deck to extend your space. The small decking option is 1.5m wide and matches the length of your chosen ModPod.

ModPod Kitchens
+ The ModPod kitchenette can be added for just $2,990. This includes an 1800mm benchtop, stainless sink and tapware.
+ Need a full kitchen? We’ll have you cooking in no time!
Upgrade to our full 2m x 2m Kitchen package* for $10,990.
Includes a marble look benchtop, stainless sink, tapware, oven, hob (2 plate gas, or ceramic), rangehood, microwave/fridge cavity, soft close cabinetry, fitted with a 32amp electrical connection.

ModPod Joinery

ModPod Trailers
Upgrade to an unbraked trailer to turn your ModPod into a tiny home. With removeable drawbars and designed to easily attach to a house like base to give a sleek finished look.

Upgrades require additional costs and lead times for completion.
Some builds will need architect input and council consenting (check your local council body for rules and regulations around tiny homes as some regions require consenting).
*Power connection sold separately. 20m & 40m leads can be supplied as an accessory and will be dependant on the distance of your ModPod from your power source.
